At The Weave India, every product is handcrafted and made-to-order with care. We focus on quality, authenticity, and traditional craftsmanship in every piece we create.
1. Returns
As all our products are made-to-order and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
However, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
In such cases, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
2. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:
• The product is out of stock after order confirmation
• We are unable to process your order for any reason
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. After that, cancellation is not possible due to the made-to-order process.
4. Quality Assurance
Each product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. Slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural in handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
