Made-to-Order Process

Every order goes through a complete handcrafted journey:

•⁠ ⁠Dyeing process (as per design requirement)
•⁠ ⁠Hand embroidery / weaving detailing
•⁠ ⁠Final finishing and quality check

Since each piece is individually made after receiving your order, we do not keep mass-produced stock. This ensures exclusivity and premium craftsmanship in every product.

Processing Time

Please allow us a minimum of 7–8 working days to carefully craft and prepare your order before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is ready and dispatched:

•⁠ ⁠Domestic Delivery: 15–18 working days (approx.)
•⁠ ⁠Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp so you can easily monitor your parcel.
