Welcome to The Weave India. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Product Nature (Made-to-Order)
All our products are made-to-order. Each piece is individually crafted after receiving your order, including processes such as dyeing, weaving, embroidery, and finishing.
Because of this handcrafted process, minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur, which are natural and part of handmade products.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
• Order processing time: 7–8 working days
• Delivery time: 15–18 working days after dispatch (approx.)
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier services, and festive seasons.

3. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in INR (₹).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
4. Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins.
• Once production has started (dyeing or weaving process), cancellation will not be possible due to the made-to-order nature.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• Since all products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Returns are only accepted in case of:
* Wrong product delivered
* Damaged product received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof)
6. Color & Design Variation
Due to natural lighting, photography, and hand-dyeing techniques, slight variations in color or design may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of handcrafted textiles.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, content, and branding on this website belong to The Weave India. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Weave India is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address or contact information.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
